I let her buy 3 types of fishes, 2 kilos of chicken, 1kl of pork and 3/4kl of ground pork so it can last seven days. Hopefully. It was just right for my estimate weekly budget. I just hope we can budget our groceries soon too. The only downside of this is she has been cooking my favorite meals so I have been eating more than I want to – I am on the lookout for cheap diet pills as I cannot afford the high end ones anymore. I hope they are as effective though.

I usually eat it boiled with a little seasoning – like ginger and vinegar. Or I boil it, mash it, mix it up with egg so it can be a patty. It can be such a great and tasty meat extender and replacement.

Right now I want to make Eggplant Lasagna. A friend told me that you would do it the same way as beef lasagna except the eggplants are fried and there are a lot of mushrooms.

I can feel my mouth watering already.
