A Good Night’s Sleep

I have been having trouble pulling in a good eight-hour sleep these days. Actually, it has been going on for a few months. I’d wake up every now and then and have a hard time going back to sleep. This lack of sleep makes me very lethargic all throughout a day and a bit grumpy.

My husband says it must be our mattress. It’s due for a change since we have had it for a couple of years already. I also need a better pillow because I tend to keep a lot of pillows to my side when I sleep. Maybe a DreamEssentials.com body pillow would be a better option for me, don’t you think?

In any case, I need to sleep better!
