Renewed Drive

I have not talked openly about this until this month when I finally saw results. I have been decreasing my food intake and choosing healthier foods since last month. This means banning soda from the house and even my weekly Starbucks coffee trip. After our recent trip, I was pleased to discover I was really losing weight steadily, even without the help of weight loss pills!

Now I am upping my regimen, including daily exercise and calorie counting. I am aiming for a XX lb weight loss by December!
