I love to download movies, tv series and shows, music and e-books from the internet all the time. We would even make use of open source software programs to make things easier and faster for us. It has saved us a lot of time and money because these programs are free.

Here are some of the programs we regularly use:
1. Ares
This is one program which guarantees to have no malware installed. It is also one of the largest file sharing software programs in the internet so I am sure you will be able to find what you need – whatever file you need!
2. Audacity
My husband edits videos as a sideline and hobby. He would often make AVPs of our family parties and give them to the grandparents as a keepsake. He uses this, it is a free, open source software for recording and editing sounds. It is available for Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux, and other operating systems.
3. aMule
Another file sharing programs which has no adware nor spyware! aMule is a free peer-to-peer file sharing program that is available on many platforms.
4. Blender
This is a program you can edit and put effect in videos. It is a video editing software.
5. 7ZIp
7Zip operates with the 7z archive format, and can read and write compressed files to several other archive formats.
