I am turning a year older in three months and with that I will be starting another decade in my life. Right now I have invested on a good wrinkle eye cream to help prevent fine lines from appearing and I hope I will continue to be as consistent as I am right now until I grow old. I have been seeing the difference and it really helps to be mindful and be consistent with routine. I hope I can apply my discipline towards diet and exercise though.
