I have been looking at the reruns of the Biggest Loser TV series and I cant help but be amazed at the perseverance and tenacity of the contestants. They are heavier than me but can do jumping jacks and have the discipline to really go on a diet. I guess they would not need the help of strongest diet pills to lose weight.
