I have never paid attention to North Carolina before until I fell in love with books of Nicholas Sparks. Most of his books have North Carolina, his home, as its setting and from the way he describes the city and the beaches, you can tell he is still in love with his home town. It makes me think if we can afford the Outer banks foreclosures that have just been released into the market.
