Why is it that I am always swamped and tired from doing chores and yet I still cannot, for the life of me, lose weight still? MY problem is that I need to drastically reduce my intake of carbs and refined sugars and really do some target exercises in the body to reduce belly fat/ Hopefully, I can give some time for myself because our old maid came back. Hopefully! (I promise not to kill anymore time on FB! Hahaha!)
