I am done with listing all the things we would need to assemble the kids’ activity/study room. Thankfully, work is pouring in this month that I “might” have extra money left (please no emergencies!). I would definitely get two study tables first for the kids and a toy storage system. A bookshelf is also a possibility but I’m thinking where will put it since the room is too small. After the room, I will focus on the kitchen and bathroom next, I need to have the Delta faucets replaced.
