That is what I have been telling myself. I really really am so bad with changing habits, especially those that needs to be changed because it’s for the better, like sleeping early, not eating too much, etc. Not even the best diet pills will help me if I don’t really control eating, especially sweets and drinking soda.

I try anew every week but fall short every time Friday hits. I guess it’s my way of celebrating a week well done. I will try harder next time.
