Building a Home
Most of my mommy blogger friends are busy building their dream homes, renovating their houses, looking for a new place or praying that they get the money to acquire it. I wish we can be anywhere near their state (of getting their dream home) but right now we are still trying to be financially stable. Money is tight and we don’t have any plans of really staying here for the next ten years. I really need to work to get my NCLEX exam and work part time as a nurse so I can finally make our dreams come true. I know this all depends on me so I need to work doubly hard.
In the US, there are cheaper and easier way to build homes. Modular Homes are the answer. Modular homes are houses that are divided into multiple modules or sections which are manufactured in a remote facility and then delivered to their intended site of use. The modules are assembled into a single residential building using either a crane or trucks.
Custom Modular Direct have created a unique, time-tested program to help our clients successfully design, purchase and finish their own custom modular home.
Building a modular home is a distinct advantage over a traditional site-built home. In most cases, 85% of the work to construct a modular home is done in the factory. This in turn reduces the scope of work needed to be completed on the job site.
