One of the things I really have learned living here for two weeks (I learned the hard way) is to put on sunblock – every freaking day. I need to use SPF90. You can read more of my lessons here. I know skin cancer is not the same as mesothelioma, but it is still cancer, people! So now Im on the lookout for a nice sunblock that is light, pretty affordable and very effective . All my skin can tolerate are hypoallergenic products. So the one thing that comes to mind is VMV SPF90. Off to the mall tomorrow.
