I find it weird that my daughter can eat butter alone - in fact, if Id let her, she can eat a whole box of it (can you say yuck as well? LOL)

Weird. I can function with 3 hours of sleep a day but can sleep 14 hours if I really want to.

I ate some strange things when I was a kid, dill pickle sandwiches, pancake batter, raw hamburger, uncooked spaghetti and I might have tasted a pat or two of butter at some point but a WHOLE box of the stuff? definitely WEIRD! (not your daughter… just that she would eat that much butter!)
Your dessert is unusual… I would love to be able to sleep as much as I like. I have trouble sleeping these days… both getting to sleep and staying asleep!
