Blog Blah.

Blog Blah = I call that blog burn-out.
Sometimes you sit and think what to write about, or what seems to be interesting to write about.
My advice is this: Just write. Randomly.

React.
Voice out.
Question your readers. Generate feedback.

And then writing becomes a habit. It becomes natural.

Here are some tips I also found on an article on the web:

1.Change the look(theme) of your blog to get inspired
2.De-clutter your blog, examine those crowded sidebars
3.Add a new category that you haven’t written about before
4.Get inspired by what others are saying, write a post responding to another post
5.Sometimes just taking a small break is enough
6.Write a post highlighting your favorite posts of the month or year
7.Write a post that highlights other blogs in your category you love, and what you like about them

Housework.

Im a mother. First and foremost. That means I love being a mom and not the housework that go with it. :)

We have been without a maid since January and we are now into March and thankfully, we are still surviving. I cant say we are are thriving though, just really trying to stay afloat. I just realized that without the maids, my kids, most especially my seven-year-old is really helpless. He leaves his clothes, his things where he thinks he is most likely to find them. He misplaces everything and is very very whiny with every single chore I let him do. Something needs to change soon I know.

This article maybe my savior :)

Beat the clock
I get my boys excited to pitch in by challenging them to the “ten minute tidy.” I set a timer, and we race around the house picking up as much as we can before the buzzer goes off. My kids have so much fun that they don’t even realize they’re cleaning. — Melissa, mother of two

Dream.

When the going gets tough, I just dream away.

To this:
Hawaii Beach

I promise myself I will go to Hawaii someday. There are actually cousins there so plans may not be as far-fetched as it sounds right now.

I need to get the to-kill-for body first.
There goes my dream again,

Kurt Halsey

Kurt Halsey.

Kurt Halsey - Honesty and ForgivenessI discovered Kurt when I was blogging in LJ before. I was heartbroken, struggling and ideally in love with the idea of love so his work drew me in - like a moth to a flame. I love his work, the idea they represent and the nostalgic feeling of love. When you see his work, a few lines, his signature drawings, will just make you go, “Awwwww.” I cannot show you his work as it is on Flash but I strongly encourage you to look through them and feel your heart go *pitter* *patter*.

Toilet Training

My daughter will be turning two this May, so I have been reading articles on how to start toilet training your child. Here are a few tips I gathered online:

The ABCs of Toilet Training:
A. Assess your child’s readiness — and your own
B. Buy the right equipment
C. Create a routine
D. Demonstrate for your child
E. Explain the process
F. Foster the habit
G. Grab some training pants
H. Handle setbacks gracefully
I. Introduce night training
J. Jump for joy — you’re done!

Right now, I think she is ready for it. She tells me when she pees and when she wants to do the number two, she now sits. Well, anywhere - but she is sitting. She even tells me to change her diaper after she is done peeing because she cant stand it. Same after she does the poo. She is also curious of what I do in the bathroom too. She says, “WiWi” when she sees me sitting on the toilet. I need to get a potty training set soon. The list has been endless with a toddler. Her knowledge has been tripling and it has been both hard and fun to try to catch up.
